She's a certified speaking professional, two-time award-winning author (The End of Technophobia, Business Book of the Year 2021; AI & U: Reimagine Business, 2025 finalist) and PSA board member, working with boards, government and SMEs through her signature GIST Framework. Her approach is simple: humans lead, AI does the rest.
Tracy is also a regular guest on Channel 7 with David Koch AM and Kochie's Business Builders helping our many small businesses make sense of today's myriad technology options.
She runs her consultancy, The Digital Guide, full-time on the road as a digital nomad.
