Women in software
Sinead is a senior partnerships leader at Microsoft working across ANZ and Asia to scale high-potential AI and SaaS companies with a focus on technology tackling complex problems in health, education, and the public sector.
She is the founder of Vested Impact, a community of women and allies investing in values-aligned impactful tech, and Co-chair of Code Without Barriers ANZ, Microsoft's initiative closing the AI and digital skills gap for women in tech careers. She is also a sales and marketing adviser to tekFoundation, helping tech professionals turn their skills into meaningful hands-on volunteering, and a board member of ThinkUKnow, focusing on child safeguarding and online safety.
Her writing examines the gender funding gap, women-led impact tech, and early-stage capital allocation. She publishes the newsletter Investor Curious for professional women entering angel investing.
And if all of that isn't enough to keep her busy, she joins Software Australia IA with a focus on developing industry-level frameworks to help address the many barriers that prevent women from reaching senior roles in STEM.
